Our Refund Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Any request for return or replacement of product or refund of amount paid will be entertained by us only if the said request is made within a period of 3 calender days of the date of product delivery. Any request received later than this time period will not be entertained under any circumstances. You can also raise the request for return or replacement even before the product is delivered to you.

Should you be wanting to make a request for return, replacement or refund, do bear in mind that we process any such request subject to the following conditions:

1. The received product has a manufacturing defect.

2. The received product is different from the ordered product

3. The product which you return should not have been used or be in a worn out condition.

4. You must return the product in the same original packaging in which you have received it. If the original packaging is even slightly broken or soiled, we will not entertain your request.

5. Your request must be accompanied by the original purchase proof or product receipt proof.

6. The product is still under warranty (if warranty is eligible)

Please note that products which are marked “non-refundable” will not be returned, exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

PRODUCT RETURN AND PAYMENT REFUND PROCESS

1. When you are making a request for return, replacement or refund, you must share the original purchase proof or receipt proof, along with a clear image of the product as received (in case you have received the product in a broken condition or have received a product which is different from what you ordered.

2. The refund amount will be equal only to the value of the product which your are refunding and not the entire purchase value, if you have bought more than one product. For example, if you have purchased 2 products, product A worth ₹ 100 and product B worth ₹ 200, then the invoice value of your purchase is ₹ 100 (cost of product A) + ₹ 200 (cost of product B) + ₹ 100 (shipping charges) = ₹ 400. Now if you decide to return product A, which is worth ₹ 100, then you will only be refunded ₹ 100 and not the entire amount, i.e. ₹ 400.

3. You will bear the shipping and transportation cost of the product.

4. You will ensure that the product to be returned is packed with utmost care by you. If the vendor receives the product in a damaged condition, you will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Once the returned item has been received by the vendor and duly inspected, we shall send you an email notification confirming the receipt of the product. The approval or rejection of your refund request shall also be intimated to you on your registered email id.

6. If you have paid for the product through any electronic payment mode, we shall process the refund electronically after your refund request is approved. Within a period of 7 to 12 business days, your electronic payment method will be credited with the refund amount. (You may also heck with your bank for the same).

7. If you have made the payment in cash (Cash On Delivery), we will issue you a store credit for the refund amount. You can redeem this credit on our website by shopping for the product or products of your choice.

8. The summarised refunds process is as follows: Upon receiving the product, we shall intimate the acceptance or denial of your request to you within 7 business days. On approval of the refund request, we will initiate the refund process and complete it within the next 15 business days. The entire refund process will be completed within 21 business days of receiving the product at our premises.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE PROCESS

1. Ceevibess will replace/exchange the products only on the condition if the product received by you has a manufacturing defect. If the product exchange request is made for any reason other than this, it will not be entertained by us.

2. Ceevibess will entertain your request for exchange of product only if you make the request within 3 working days from the date of product delivery.

3. When you are making a request for replacement or exchange, you must share the original purchase proof or receipt proof, along with a clear image of the product as received (in case you have received the product in a broken condition or have received a product which is different from what you ordered.

4. From the entire lot that you have ordered, only the particular product with the manufacturing defect will be replaced/exchanged

5. You will bear the shipping and transportation cost of the product.
